How we collect, use and protect the information you share with Lynxio Tech.

Effective date: 1 January 2026

1. Who we are

LYNXIO TECH (PTY) LTD (“Lynxio Tech”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company registered in South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

For any privacy request, contact us at hello@lynxiotech.com.

2. Information we collect

Partner enquiries: your name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, enquiry topic, indicative budget or timeline and the message you send us.

Career applications: your name, contact details, location, professional links, CV, the role you apply for and your written answers. Where you progress in a hiring process we also record assessment status, scores and interview outcomes.

Technical data: limited request information required to operate the site securely and to prevent abusive form submissions.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and manage a potential partnership.

To assess your application, run our recruitment process and keep you informed of its status.

To protect the site against spam and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process partner enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and career application data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, together with steps taken prior to entering an employment contract.

5. Storage and security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled managed database. CVs are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible; files are retrieved only by authorised Lynxio Tech personnel.

Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis and protected by authentication and audit logging.

6. Retention

Partner enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after last contact.

Career applications, including CVs and assessment records, are retained for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our infrastructure and email delivery, under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time.

Send requests to hello@lynxiotech.com. We respond within a reasonable period.

9. Cookies

This website uses only the technical storage necessary to serve pages and secure form submissions. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
